Robert Render, President
Robert Render has nearly 40 years of experience in the recycling and sustainability field. In his teens, he spent summers working for his family scrap metal business and joined it full-time after graduating from Grinnell College in 1977. Five years later, he and his partners started Maine Plastics, a plastic recycling business that grew to one of the largest in North America. In 2006, he started A Greener Solution (AGS), a landfill avoidance and recycling consulting company that managed by-products for Fortune 500 consumer, medical and industrial product manufacturers. After AGS was acquired by Casella Waste Systems, Bob served as Casella’s Director of Resource Solutions until he started Lakeside 360 Partners in 2014.
